I want to thank the staff at Walmart Auto Care Center in Waterford. Jerome, Jordan and Carlos you are AMAZING and I can't express how grateful I am with your absolute superb caring service. Thank you for treating me like family and not just another customer. You all are truly awesome!

Scheduled to change my tires. Had an appointment for 1pm. They told me it would be 60-90 minutes. Great! It’s what I expected. So I go and walk around the store for about an hour and 15 minutes, did some shopping. Went back at nearly the 90 minute mark and they told me they haven’t even started yet. They said “we are very behind, sorry. Come back in another hour and it will be done” So after waiting a full 2 hours, I got a text saying the car was just starting its service. It’s now 2:45pm and they just started an appointment that was scheduled to start at 1pm. Took until 4:35PM for the car to be done. Completely unacceptable. However, at least the tires are cheap. Just don’t walk in expecting your tires to be done in the one hour that they quote you.. it’ll be 3-5 hours before it’s done. I

Checked in 11:45 checked out 2:20 supposed to be an hour and a half wait which I understand but went over 2 hours waiting walking around to be told Their were some issues a they had just started my car around 1:45 when I asked how much longer. I finally made it out by 2:20 to drive down the road to my car shaking due to most likely a tire balanced incorrectly. Best part is they called me 2 hours later and told me I needed to come back because there was an issue. Come to find out they put 2 different size tires on my awd car. I had to drive back risking messing up my car for them to give me the correct tires just for them to now break my tpms sensor I asked for paper work stating the mistakes they made and receipts they lady told me she would remember that they owe me a free tpms sensor. I

The prices are not bad, the staff was friendly, I had no issue with what I received for the primary service, but keep in mind, you get what you pay for. The price of a full synthetic oil change is well below competitors, but do not expect to get the other 'included' services, all the time, if at all at any time. They include windshield cleaning, and tire air checks as part of standard services, but I have yet to actually have any of those things done, though they are checked off as complete. I got in my car this past time with 3 of 4 tires alarming low on tire pressure (28-psi), though my 'checklist' indicated all were verified at 35-psi only a couple of minutes prior and I 'waived' other included services though I did not do any such thing. Took our 1986 Z28 Camaro here on 8/13/2024 for tires. After being in storage for the past 25 years we had a great selection to chose from at great prices BUT EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE is the reason for this review. Entire visit was above and beyond our expectations. We will be back with all our vehicles. Great mechanics are hard to find. This store has 2 of the finest in New England...
