Carter is the BEST! He literally kept my car til he found the mysterious issue it was having. It was running fine by the day I said I was going to come back for it. He was quite invested in my concern, and I will certainly return for more services here.

Just had all 4 tires replaced 07/12/24 they were quick and done in less than an hour! When I arrived to pick up the truck they immediately said that one of the new tires were out of round and they were going to get a new one on the way and that I could still drive on the other one in the mean time. Very honest shop to come out and say that most shops would have sent it down the road and waited for me to call and complain. As a fellow small business owner love seeing another small business do such good work!

Had a hard time getting my car worked on. And the prices I was given where insane. I called Dawson's and had my car towed to him. He gave me a estimate that was way more reasonable. And he was willing to get on it asap. It was sitting 4 weeks at the other garage. So my betsy was back up and running with a since of comfort. I know now who has my business. They are awesome.

Moving to VA has allowed me to generally be around honest people. Dawson’s put a hitch on my van quickly which I appreciated but I didn’t get a phone call when the price doubled from $130 to $260.
