Horrible plaxe to work. Managemebt on Customer service side is absolutely ridiculous. Unorganized and truely lacking in leadership. When you report the improper "training" nothing gets done. When you ask for help you get spoken to as if your dumb. They can not get their product from vendors in a timely matter and are really sometimes they can not get it at all and want you to lie to the customer for etas when they have no eta. Poor management in shippung and customer service neither one know what they are doing and when you try to show good work ethic you are completely alone... they are just there for a check....
