Day's Chevrolet of Jasper

When I walked in for my appointment for my oil change, The service manager greeted me, not happier just what are you here for kinda attitude and signed me in, Updated information of the computer, asked me if I was gonna stay and I told you that I was going shopping. There is no friendliness when coming into the dealership for service. Would it have been so bad for the service writer to say how are you today? Every time I come into the dealership for service it’s like the service writer is not happy doing his job. I know people don’t like to make small talk most of the time, but a smile on your face would be nice. I do believe that that’s how you get reoccurring customers and this will make me think twice before I buy another car from Day’s Chevrolet. I’m at 54,000 miles on my vehicle an

Tanner was awesome to work with! I was struggling to make a decision, and he was very patient the entire time. He explained everything, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Very happy with my new car and how smooth and the entire process was!

Once I decided on the vehicle I wanted to purchase the process was very smooth. We had not eaten and they said it would take up to an hour to get a decision on the financing, so we went to grab a bite to eat; and within 5 minutes they called and gave me the details. When we got back from our meal the car was ready and the whole financing process only took less than 1 1/2 hrs total. The sales team were easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the vehicles.

When we visited on Saturday were greeting at the door by a very pleasant and helpful man. Sorry, I don't recall his name but I absolutely appreciate the way he made us feel welcome. He connected us with Josh who is extremely knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. (That does not happen with a lot of dealerships.) Unfortunately for us the truck that we wanted had already been sold but Josh had a couple of other options for us to look at and test drive. Neither of them really worked out for us. But what a great experience! Thank you Josh and everyone at Day's Chevrolet in Jasper. We HIGHLY recommend Josh.

Kind of an odd review but a review none the less.. on Saturday Jan 31st I was completely broke down at the QuikTrip in Jasper and Tanner Thompson came over to me in the -3 windchill and offered to help me get my vehicle started. He wasn’t asked, or coaxed into helping he just did out of the kindness of his heart. He told me he worked at Day’s Chevrolet if I needed anything, once a salesman always a salesman LOL but I so appreciated his kindness and wanted Dave’s Chevrolet to know they had a wonderful young man working for them!
