My husband and I purchased a 2022 Dodge Ram 1500 about 6 months ago. We drove almost 2 hrs to get there. Upon looking the truck over we noticed two sizable dents on the bed of the truck that were not disclosed in the pictures or via phone before making the trip. The windshield also had a crack in it and we also noticed while test driving the vehicle that the passenger wheel well rubbed when turning the steering wheel. These were all things brought to their attention and that they agreed to fix if we purchased the vehicle. It took them six months to finally get the truck in and it was only b/c my husband had to reach out to them to make it happened. All cars come from auction and they are NOT all good. So BEWARE TO BUYER. The car I bought was wrecked prior and I had lots of issues. This was not on the report they showed me. They did try to rectify it as I had big issues with it however it was not a total fix long term. I dont recommend buying a car here . I call them a " bandaid dealer "to make money. My son and granddaughter bought cars from them also and they had big issues with their cars. So it was not just me. Sales people are great but they are "sales" people...money over people. This place reminds me of the old buy here pay here lots and you will pay out the hind end in finance rates and fees. Real straight shooters. They were very kind and helpful and professional. I bought a cheap $2k ford focus 140k miles, it was an “as is” car. They were very clear that they can’t try to tell me what might be bad as that could hold them liable, but they car is pretty good from my mediocre mechanic experience (a steal for $2k!). Just know what to look for before going in like any car shop. But they were very honest and down to earth. My only negative was that they were a little short staffed so I had to wait like 15-20 min for the second half of the paperwork. So just don’t go in a hurry. Great job guys!
