I can’t sing the praises of the auto mall enough! My car was damaged & repaired here & Brad Flanagan, Jason & Jimmy were empathetic, knowledgeable, listened to my concerns…my car is a 20 year old cream puff w/low miles & I was very concerned that the car would be “totaled” even though the accident wasn’t my fault. This team kept me updated & informed throughout the process of acquiring hard to get replacement parts. When an unexpected unfortunate accident happened on the mall lot Brad, Jason & Jimmy took immediate action to again fix my car without my having to get involved! The workmanship is like new! It isn’t every body shop that listens to women & makes them feel comfortable & heard but I highly recommend the Daytona Auto Mall. I will use them again for work on my car & highly recom

My daughter was in an accident and Daytona Auto Mall Body Shop was one of the choices on our insurance, so we decided to try them. Our estimator Brad was amazing!! He explained the process and everything that needed to be done to the car and had it detailed. He has excellent customer service! I would recommend this body shop and if able request Brad to help.

We came in town to the Daytona area and my car wound up having a rare crack in the glass above the windshield. They came out and repaired at no charge so we could safely get back home and have it fixed at our local dealership. The service was incredible, and everybody we spoke with was professional and super nice. If you are in the need, we highly recommend them!

Got t- boned by a spring breaker at 60 +mph! Can’t believe they didn’t total the truck but at any rate they made this thing good as new very impressed. Very happy. Isaiah Amador was very helpful. It took a little bit to get the truck right , rightfully so she was pretty beat up, but she rides good as new! If you are a Ford guy and your vehicle gets hurt I definitely recommend these guys. Over the years, I’ve had a few bumps and scrapes on vehicles and I’ve never been satisfied with the work done, but I am highly satisfied with these guys.

I had this Collision Center do a frame change on my vehicle from an auto accident. Not that it was their fault but it took eight months to complete the job because parts were not available. When I got the vehicle back, the turbo hose was loose and I had to turn around and come back and now after driving the vehicle for Several months the tires have all worn out because the alignment was not correct. I come back to talk to them about the alignment and some missing components they assured me that work was done. I get in the vehicle and drive away and the steering wheel is crooked. I cannot say that they have the greatest follow through when doing a job they seem to cut corners quite a bit. I also found damage to the side of the vehicle once I walked up to it to get in the door.
