Very thorough and keeps you informed about your vehicle. The video adds a nice touch also!. Service advisors are very professional and polite. First time their and will def return for service of my vehicle! Savannah was awesome to work with and met all of my needs and mt vehicle was in and out in a timely manner!

Had an Oil Change and Tire Rotation along with a complete inspection. Always send a video of them checking out my car so I can see. The service dept is great especially Savannah

This is my second Mazda I have brought to have serviced at this location. I bought my first Mazda here years ago and moved out of state and had it serviced at the dealer there. When I bought a second car I got another Mazda and when I moved back to Florida started bringing it to this location. At first I had some issues. I felt unsure of some services I needed. They did the services completely on them when I expressed my concerns!!! That is why I will continue to buy and use Mazda. They really take care of you and will really go above and beyond for their loyal customers. Chris and Steve are especially exceptional with customer service and care.

A simple oil change/tire rotation takes 90 minutes (better than the 3 1/2 hours last time) as they do some UNREQUESTED vehicle check which recommended over $700 of additional cost. I can get an oil change at Take 5 in 15-20 minutes and not lose 1/2 my day.

Waisted half the day and $270 for them to tell me it would cost over a thousand dollars to fix some that cost about $50 and would take about 5 minutes to do. Thought that I needed their special diagnostic equipment, big mistake, in hindsight sight I could have had it diagnosed way cheaper and faster some where else.
