Daytona Nissan Service Center

This is the best Nissan service I have ever received anywhere. Snowbirding in Florida, I have visited this dealership several times in winter. The place is super clean, the people are friendly, helpful, and courteous. No one has ever tried to upsell me. Service is prompt. Several times they have promised me a certain time my car would be ready; it has always been ready as promised. My most recent experience was a scary sounding recall. A special shout out to service advisor JOHN WRIGHT. He squeezed me in on a busy Monday, quickly handled my issue, and got me back on the road. The car was nicely washed too! The waiting room is clean, spacious, plenty of areas to plug in your devices. And the snacks include fresh cookies and fresh popcorn!?! I wish all Nissan dealers would take Daytona

John Wright is absolutely the Best service advisor I have ever encountered in my 78 years of life. I brought my vehicle in for an Oil and filter change including a tire rotation. John kept me informed on a regular basis on the progress of my service. Upon completion I payed my bill and left the dealership. I drove about 2 miles and I noticed my car was pulling severely to the left and returned to the dealership. John Wright immediately came out and I explained the issue to him. He drove my vehicle and noticed the same issue and immediately put my vehicle on a lift and summoned 2 Top Notched mechanics to assist him to identify the problem. Chris is my service advisor, my husband recently passed away, husband always had car serviced. I had never been to the Infiniti Dealership in Daytona. Chris gave me great directions ( I was driving from St. Augustine) As soon as I arrived a gentleman was in service area to welcome me to Dealership , escorted me to Chris's office. Chris took a lot of time going over the service with me. When serviced was completed Chris came to customer courtesy lounge to advise me we went back to his office and completed the transaction Very thankful for the professionalism and terrific Infiniti family! My advisor greeted me promptly, told me the game plan and took my keys and went into the service area. In a short while, he returned and said it may take longer. He then offered me a loner. Later in the day he called and say come get. I did. A pleasant experience

Superior service along with tasty snacks and drinks in the waiting room. We consistently have the pleasure of working with Metin who is very understanding of our time and budgeting and makes suggestions accordingly. When we arrive we are sent a text with details and progress reports of the services being performed. And before they turn the car back over to us they give it a good clean.
