I have to say that my experience was amazing. After seeing my Toyota Tacoma all cleaned up and looking brand new again, I am very appreciative of the work your team performed. Not only was my vehicle clean to like new condition, Marty took the time to go over my vehicle in detail and shared the services performed. Marty has a lot of experience, and gave me some pointers so I can continue to care for my Tacoma to keep the paint and exterior looking fresh and new. Toyota Tacoma owners know the value of our vehicles and we take care of them and take pride in owning a vehicle that we know will last a lifetime. I would of given it one or two stars, but the work that was done on the vehicle looks good so far. I have been driving it for a month now and climbed up to look at the roof. The welds for the new roof are well hidden in the channels and the paint matches really good. Also, I think Toyota makes a good overall product in general. My first car was a Toyota Corona station wagon. I have owned a Prius, a Corolla and now a truck. We love our little Tacomama, and it looks and handles well, but customer service at the Collision Center was where I had an issue. I was patient because I know lead time on parts is tough in my industry as well, but telling a customer 4 to 5 times that their vehicle will be ready by end of month, then end of week, and not delivering, gets old. Terrible experience here . They could not provide an estimate of how long to perform repairs . They did not call me to provide status updates. I had to call each day and ask and they couldn’t even provide current status . Then after several days of requesting they give me a daily update they called once with an update . It took several weeks to complete the repairs . They have terrible communication. Then they didn’t tell me it was waiting in checks from insurance which I already had and they would have known if they bothered calling me . Then when we finally were told to pick up the car we told we still owed extra money to get it which previously they had told us otherwise. The part of the car that had been repaired still has scratches and dents so that’s a shoddy repair job.

Big shout out to Rose at Daytona Collision Center for a quick fix! They did a complete factory paint job on my Blizzard White, 2015 Toyota Highlander over 2 years ago. The weather strpping on my driver side needed replacement and they took care of it, NC. They're the best!!!

Terrible experience picked up my truck after body repair. Vehicle covered with bird poop. Impossible to determine quality of repair. I had to bring back to have cleaned three times. I was promised it would be detailed. I wasted my time they just washed it. Plus durring the first two time i had cash stolen from my truck. I notified employees each time and was told this was not the first time. Some Very nice employees but poor quality of work and follow-up. Don't recommend this shop.
