I had a great experience with Daytona Toyota Parts Store, I ordered a part online, before I receive email for the order to pickup, I drove 45 minutes and reached the counter, the order was not yet processed but they helped me prioritize my online order and handed over the part. To replace the part I had to open couple of screws which required special tool, I requested and the service team quickly help me with that. It was a good decision to drive 35 miles and get the required part and service. I am very much satisfied with the help and support extended to me, you should try and get your own experience.

Ordered TRD brake pads back in August and paid for them then. Still haven't received any updates other than when I called months ago they said they were on backorder. Bottom line, don't list parts as available when you don't have them.

I am very disappointed with your service, I bought a part online and returned it because it was not the correct one for my car. Since 07/18/23 I am waiting for my money to be returned and I still have not received it. I have called them many times and they transfer my call to other offices where no one picks up the phone. I personally went to attend to the problem and they told me that they would call me to give me an answer and they never did. It is noticeable that their customer service is very bad and they do not follow up on their problems. I will not buy an auto part from this location again and I am STILL waiting for my money back.

I needed a part for a 2003 Toyota Corolla le I visited the parts department where I meet Dana who was very nice and knowledgeable she looked my part up ordered it and had it at there department the next morning car runs great now I couldn't be happier Thank you
