Our vehicle was towed while we were attending the Supercross event. We were told by security in the Bass Pro Shop parking lot that we were legally parked on street right of way. There were no "no parking or tow away zone signs". What is more upsetting is that we had my husband's handicap placard clearly displayed as he is a disabled veteran as is his buddy that was with us. And if that weren't enough they broke the valance on the front of the car. Oh, and we live 2.5 hours from Daytona. If you love and honor our US Veterans please don't support this company.

I had a very unpleasant and concerning experience with this tow company that I feel others should be aware of. The day before picking up my car, I was clearly quoted $138 plus $35 per day for storage. I called specifically to confirm pricing for the following day, so there would be no confusion. The next morning, when I called to retrieve my vehicle, I was suddenly unable to get a price at all. The woman I spoke with, who said her name was Dana, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She told me that I “didn’t know what I was talking about” and claimed that both the police officer and the tow driver “don’t know anything,” even though I had already contacted Daytona Wrecker the previous day for confirmation. I have seen some poor reviews on this company and I struggle to understand why. Maybe just because people are overwhelmed at the loss of their vehicles for whatever reason.My experience has been nothing short of exceptional. I went there to clean out my vehicle after a devastating crash caused by the other driver . Based on the reviews I was apprehensive about how this was going to play out.What I found was one of the most helpful interactions with the people that worked there. The lady that checked me in and took my information was extremely friendly and kind and helpful with a good sense of humor. I call to have someone Send out a tow truck Because people like to park in the fire lane and block The entrances in my apartment complex and they don’t send anybody out Even though the lady says she does every time she doesn’t,will continue to take pictures and report it to non emergency since they will send somebody else out to do their jobs
