I recently came to this dealership wanting to purchase a car that I seen online, I called a few times and also messaged the dealer before arrival, no response, as I got to the dealership with my father a sales person came out upset, ... he was upset because he said I did not make an appointment to come, I told him that I've been calling for the past 2 weeks to check stock on a car, I really wanted to purchase this car, I asked to see the car, he did not want to show it , I asked again then he says he has to ask his supervisor, there was no customers at all after waiting for 10 minutes he comes out and says by appointment only I asked him for an appointment he says he can't give me one I have to call, im like wait a minute I just drove here because your staff does not answer a phone call,
