The car came back with scratches on the trim, damage to the center console, and a misaligned dashboard. Instead of taking responsibility, the dealership repeatedly tried to place the blame on me — even though I had proof, including video from the day I picked up the car. After weeks of back and forth, corporate had to get involved, and the dealership eventually replaced the damaged trim and center console. However, the driver-side trim was still left dented and warped, and I was told again that it wasn’t their fault. Despite having issues with Paramus Honda a few years ago, I gave them another chance. This time the experience was much better. They were responsive but not overwhelming via phone and email. They were ready for my appointment. They went over what I was looking for and what matched from their inventory. There was no hard sales push. They were patient and flexible. Negotiations were straightforward and reasonable. The financing manager was great. Compromises were made and a good deal was struck. It is an extremely busy dealership. Parking is very limited. So e vehicle have to be brought in from various lots. And the process was pretty slow. Ultimately, they were very nice, reasonable and not too pushy. I had a good experience and would recommend them.

We bought a car from Honda Paramus and were sold the vehicle with a dead battery. Just 45 days after purchase, the battery completely failed. When we contacted the dealership, they refused to take any responsibility and told us that since the car was already sold, the problem was ours. This response is absolutely unacceptable. Selling a car with a known or undisclosed defect and then denying responsibility shortly after the sale is misleading and unethical. This dealership clearly does not stand behind the vehicles they sell or care about customer satisfaction once the paperwork is signed. I’ve purchased set of tires online (via official tire shop) and got tire change in this dealership 5/24/2024. I am completely satisfied how the service was done and especially the service person Jordan being professional and responsive.
