Autumn was incredibly sweet, patient, and so detailed—such a blessing! 🥰🙏🏾 She explained everything thoroughly and even helped him connect his phone to the truck, all while standing out in the freezing cold. My son and daughter-in-law - who live in NC - purchased a car in Pittsburgh and ran into some issues. Even though the car was purchased at a different dealership, Josh S (the service manager) coordinated with the Pittsburgh dealership to get all repairs done in Clinton. He was extremely professional and attentive and worked quickly to get the repairs scheduled and completed. They even arranged for a loaner car for my daughter-in-law. Overall, great experience!

I called ahead to explain what I needed done, and they immediately told me what they had available, what they could order, and how soon they could get me in. They got me scheduled quickly, completed the work fast, and kept me updated the entire time. I also ran into an issue at work that kept me from arriving before the service department closed. Took my car here, they told me i needed a brand new engine. All they want is money, and will con you, if you are not educated on vehicles. Took it to a independant local mechanic, i showed him the codes and he fixed my engine timing and oil leak at an affordable price. Chevy told me due to my engine being over 200k miles, i will need to replace the whole engine which is $15k- meanwhile a local honest mechanic told me not to believe that crap they selling and he fixed my Buick. Check engine is off and it drives smooth like a Cadillac.
