I can’t thank Shawn Godbold, manager. and the fine people at Deacon Jones Collision Center, enough for helping me deal with a major repair while I was traveling. They were professional, courteous, and quick to diagnose the issue. They then gave me the options of how best to repair my vehicle, the timeframe it would take, and the cost. They were even able to find me a loaner while my car was being repaired. It’s upsetting when something happens to your car while traveling, and you’ve got to figure out your best options for getting home, etc. Shawn went above and beyond to assist me. This is excellent customer service and I am so grateful! Thank you Shawn!

Deacon Jones repaired my Jeep Grand Cherokee after the rear passenger door was backed into. They did an amazing job!! Jimmy did an amazing job with matching the paint so that you cannot tell anything ever happened. The communication was great, also! I couldn't be happier with the service we received!
