SANTA'S HELPER Christmas Eve (yes, thats right) @ 0345. Passing through heading to Florida, my water pump blew (95S, just before exit 107). Tow truck was an hour and 45 minutes out. I Googled emergency mechanic found Greene Automotive and within an hour, he was there. Prior to his arrival he assured that I was safe and had a means of staying warm. He assessed, tested, repaired and even had time time to give me a scenic tour. If it wasn't for him, Santa wouldn't have made it home for Christmas. Thanks Mr. Greene. Oh, and for EMERGENCY service, well priced!!!

There are simply not enough stars to share just how wonderful the folks at Greene Automotive are. My son ended up on the side of the highway waiting for a tow from AAA. We called Greene's to come by the house once it got here. They checked in with us throughout that time and aftrr 3 hoursof waiting on AAA. We sent pictures not knowing what was going on with the car and they said we are just heading out there. 3 hours is too long and it is dark. They got his car fixed up well enough to drive home and followed him home (while staying on the phone with him) to he sure he was safe. Top notch service, communication, care, thoughtfulness, experience and knowledge and quite reasonably priced! Highly, HIGHLY recommend!!! ❤️. Call them first. You will not be disappointed!

My car started acting up on the way to Swansboro. I got off on an exit and headed towards Greene Automotive because of the excellent reviews I read on here. DJ was amazing. He came quickly to the parking lot of Myer's Convenience store. He diagnosed the problem in minutes and had me follow him to Auto Zone. He allowed me to use his store discount for all the parts. DJ then fixed my car there on the spot. I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Best experience I have ever had with a mechanic.

We started having issues with our car and we called him the next morning and he came out within 45 minutes and had everything done within an hour. Did a fantastic job and even got a cheaper price than he initially quoted. Would absolutely use him again.

He was very polite and was very efficient; explained to me very thoroughly what was wrong with my car and the steps that were going to be taken. $120 for the diagnostic of the car (which is fair cause he comes to you) plus the problem with the car (which for me it was between $200-$250) and car parts. It was very convenient because we only have 1 way of transportation. In the end we only ended up paying $276 very cost efficient, if you need a fair and honest Mobile Mechanic these is who you need to call.
