Extremely Disappointed – Overpriced and Incomplete Brake Work I brought my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado High Country to Deakins Automotive in Lebanon, Indiana and specifically asked to have all brakes done. I was charged $779.30, which led me to reasonably assume that all four brakes were serviced. That assumption was completely wrong. Only the front brake pads were replaced. My rear brakes were not touched at all, and within one month they were metal-to-metal, which nearly caused an accident. To make matters worse, the rotors were clearly needed, yet nothing was mentioned, recommended, or explained to me at the time of service. Awesome place to do business… I turn wrenches for a living and simply needed an alignment. The shop was honest and help diagnose some additional issues. Most shops would have done the alignment and turned a blind eye to other issues! This shop was honest and open!

Fast service!! Friendly staff!! Great communication!! If a friend had an issue with their vehicle I would tell them to go to Deakins. They use they use quality parts and not knock offs brands. Deakin's does it right the first time so it doesnt have to be done twice.
