Pomp's Tire Service

I walked in to ask about a text I received regarding a discount offer and they were so kind to give me the discount even though I had purchased 2 tires the prior month and was now going to buy two more. They had the tires in stock and took care of me that day. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. They give great service and are very reasonable. I highly recommend Pomp’s Tire.

They were very helpful ! came to my home to repair the tire, cleaned up and checked everything - they waited at least a couple of weeks to find out if we were satisfied before they told us what the bill was . They wanted to make sure that we were satisfied- what wonderful work and we are VERY SATISFIED- the bill was less than I thought because they came to our place where the tractor stopped working. Will recommend them to everyone who needs tire help and i am sure you will be very satisfied

Fantastic staff members. They listened to what my husband wanted in a tire and then had great suggestions. They always have time for us. We’ve put new tires on our 5th wheel RV, dually RAM 4500, and front tires only on our Kubota.

I went in on Wednesday because of a front tire blow out. This happened on I74 at a construction site. I went in on Wednesday they ordered my tires and Thursday morning by 10:15 I was back on the road with four new tires. They were very kind . I got a nice warranty. I love my new tires. My car ride is much smoother and quiet. Thank you pomp’s!

I went in for a tire patch. They claimed that they put two patches in one tire. That very tire left me stranded.The very next day out of town. I called the store, left a voicemail and got nothing in return. I called corporate and made an official complaint about the store manager who is an absolute jerk, should not be in charge of any kind of store, Hangs up on customers(I wittnessed), openWe complains about all of his employee's to customers. Absolutely not.Professional at all and has no business being a boss over anybody. I will never return two pomps for any service. And you can keep the forty dollars for the two patches that didn't work. As many bad business practices as I witnessed, i'm sure i'm never gonna see that money back.
