Dealer Car Rentals

With only about a month under their belts working with Dealer Car Rentals, there were some evident bugs to work out in the system. Only one Mazda of Everett dealership person (Sheldon) was responsible for the car rentals and he was off on the day we came in. Fortunately, another rep, Jay, stepped up and did his best to help figure things out, including calling Sheldon at home. While we waited for Jay to sort things out, Ron, the dealership owner, introduced himself and apologized for the delay. He was so accommodating and offered us several recommendations - restaurants & local sights - which proved to be spot on! [Thanks so much, Ron!] When we finally got to our assigned car, the Dealer Car Rentals app did not work - it allowed us to "start" the trip, but there was no key in the car! Ja
