Dealer Service Alternative European Auto Repair

My first experience at Dealer Service Alternatives was a resounding success. I had several issues with my 2015 Audi and they promptly addressed them. They replaced the motor mounts, aligned the car, replaced the rear disc brake pads and rotors, replaced the battery, replaced the spark plugs, fixed the broken front arms bushings, and cleaned the cowl grill. The service was excellent and timely. Jaime was a great help in understanding the costs involved, and I felt that the prices were competitive. I highly recommend Dealer Service Alternatives to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable service for their vehicle.

I’m so grateful to everyone at Dealer Service who was able to help fix my car!! A radiator, condenser and some water pumps had to be fixed, and they provided frequent updates and had it done very quickly and efficiently. The customer service was fantastic, and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Reviews are easy when everything goes great, but what about when they go wrong? I've had my car in and out of DSA for a month. In fact, still not done as of this writing, but I'm here to give them 5 stars anyway. I had a door handle go bad on my BMW and the initial quote was $600 + diagnostics. I didn't love it, especially for a 15 year old car, but considered it worth it for convenience. After picking it up, the door stopped working when you tried to open it from the inside. Took it back in and now the actuator was bad. After some back and forth, they worked with me to install a new aftermarket one. After another week or so, I picked it up only to have the door completely shut with no way to open it. Each time was worse than the original reason for bringing it in, and I don't mind saying,

I was very impressed with the speed and professionalism of this place. They easily fixed a car leak that I had. Another shop quoted me $4K and I was considering selling my car. DSA fixed it by the next day for almost nothing and now I can keep my car and continue to enjoy it. Thanks! Will be back for sure
