I recently had a great experience at dealers choice , and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress free. John was especially helpful throughout the entire experience. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for, answered all of my questions clearly, and made sure I felt confident in my decisions. There was no pressure just honest advice and genuine support. He walked me through all the details about my car, explained my options, and made sure everything was taken care of properly.

John and his team are down to earth and provide honest business. I was looking to have my small roof of a Prius refinished and repainted. I first stopped at perfection body shop down the street who quoted me around $1,400. John at Dealer’s Choice gave me a great deal at $615. The roof looks BRAND new and all I was looking for was a functional paint job. They went above and beyond, and deserve the business of any working class person looking for an honest company to deal with. I will definitely be back if I have any repair needs.

Absolutely an amazing experience! John and his team did an excellent job repairing the passenger side rear door and bed (see pics). The estimate was on point and completed the job within the timeframe promised. John provided periodic updates to let me know the progress. They were always professional and nice. The place is a scam. They have stolen my classic car part and told me verbatim: “ prove it”. Charged thousands of dollars and not fix it. They associated with AAA. But the parking lot is empty. I will proceed with the investigation. Do NOT EVER contemplate to use this service. I never put bad reviews but did it this time as a good samaritan to save you aggravation , pain and money. If one of you is the attorney, pls email me. We can start class action.
