I either called and left a message or sent a text message. He called me back. And fixed my Van as promised. Fair price and good customer service. He even came and picked my husband up to take him back to get our van. We were in Ohio when our Van broke down and he had us back on the road in no time. Needless to say I am grateful and pleased with his work. We then had to drive over 16 hours to get back home.

Please consider other mechanics before deciding to bring your car here. I feel like I was scammed. I paid over $800 in repairs and it fixed none of the issues I was having. I decided to have my car towed to this company after the steering in the car stopped working. I was told that the issue was more than likely my battery (which I've learned has nothing to do with issues involving steering). Not knowing much about cars myself (my fault), I gave him the money for that.. but if you do know anything about cars, as you can imagine, a new battery did NOT fix the issue. Next, I was told I needed a new sensor replacement. I said okay, and sent him the money for that. Again, that still did not fix the issue as apparently, the new sensor needed to be re-programmed to the computer; something that

Forgot to make a review when it happened, but my alternator went out a couple months ago. Had my car towed to the shop and they had the alternator and a wire fixed the same evening. Fair price, very knowledgeable. We arent from around here, so I know where I'll be bringing our cars.

I just started going to this mechanic and let me tell you he is amazing. He gets you win. He gets you done what needs to be done and he doesn’t charge you outrageous prices. He is reasonable with his prices and let me tell you he does what he says he’s going to do when it comes to fixing a vehicle. I’m just now getting ready to take in another car to have it fixed by him and this job is normally $35-$4500 job he’s not even charging that much so if you ever need repairs go to this Man and his team cause let me tell you I will not go to another mechanic but him

My car overheated in McGuffy Youngstown over by the Huntington bank. Literally 33 dollars to my name and Deans practically saved me and my 3 kids lives! Dean and his lovely wife checked out my car, refilled my coolant and not only bought my children pizza for dinner, which was my objective, they went above and beyond and followed me all the way home to New Castle! I cant thank you guys enough for your kindness and generosity 🥹. There are still good people in the world.🥰
