Car trouble is stressful enough. The last thing you want is another hassle when your car won’t start and you have a million things to do. I needed to pick up my kid, get to the doctor, and handle other responsibilities, so I was already on edge. I managed to get a tow truck to bring my car in, and luckily they were able to fit me in. Jim took care of me right away and got me back on the road for a fair price. On top of that, the customer service was great and my car was even cleaned. That honestly surprised me. I will say this about Dean’s Automotive. Know what you want done and they will do it well! They are honest and get right to it. I purchased a shuttle bus and took it to them! They took care of only what was needed, everything else checked out well. I can appreciate the way they do business. I have also purchased a commercial passenger van from them. Here we are almost 5 years later and it still runs strong. They sell and do quality work!

I wanted to come here but when i tried to make an appointment the man on the phone just kept being sarcastic about the times i could come in. They aren't open on the weekends and they aren't open during lunch. They close at 5. You have to leave your car there. They don't have loaner cars. I just needed an oil change. But the guy kind of made fun of me for not wanting to spend the whole day at the shop waiting around or being able to drop the car off all day just for that. So i did end up going to jiffy lube but i have other things that i need to have done on the car. But the guy didn't seem interested in trying to make an appointment with me. I guess they don't need the business
