Highly recommend this shop! I feel so lucky to have been referred to Deckers Garage! The staff have been very friendly, Chris is a talented mechanic, and the communication here is always excellent. I take my vehicles in for checkups and sometimes diagnosis. After Chris is done checking out whichever car I dropped off he sends me an estimate for me to sign off on. I always approve all of the recommended work because his pricing is fair and he only ever recommends repairs that my car actually needs. I cannot say that about the other mechanics that I have been to before I met Chris! If any extra charges come up during the repairs, he informs me along the way instead of just hitting me with a bigger bill at the end like a lot of places do. Did not have any work done by this shop but called to request a quote on a heater core on a 1997 Jeep Wrangler, I had already had Midas start the work but felt the price wasn’t right, these guys answered the phone right away, sent me a very professional quote for over $1000 less and helped advise on what to do with Midas. Unfortunately Midas completed my work and I am in the process with their customer support team to issue some sort of reimbursement. Based on how this shop spoke to me over the phone and communicated over text I would suspect they do great work. Do your research don’t end up like me!

Took longer then expected, but did provide a loaner vehicle. Which was nice. Cost a little more then quoted, $132 oil change, ouch....but it happens, not sure what 7% shop supplies fee means, but truck is still running great though. So honestly, yeah pretty good. And nice dog

If I could, I would give Deckers a 10 star rating. We were passing through ABQ heading home to Texas when my ck engine light came on. The engine was running rough and I couldn't get it faster than 35 mph. On a Friday morning I called 5 local mechanics before calling Deckers (from a referral the 5th shop gave me). He agreed to check out my car; he got it fixed and had us back on the road by 3:30 pm, and we made it home with no other issues. I can't express how thankful we are to Chris. I would highly recommend him!
