Decolas Towing and Recovery

Decolas Towing is hands down one of the best towing services we’ve ever had. My boyfriend and I were on vacation when my car broke down about 20 minutes from our Airbnb in Mars Hill. He came out, greeted us so kindly, and towed us to a nearby O’Reilly’s so we could try to fix it ourselves. When that didn’t work and it was already freezing and getting late, we had to call him again. Knowing we hadn’t eaten, the owner and his wife went completely above and beyond.Taking us to the grocery store, driving us back to our cabin, and towing our car to an auto shop. Because of them, we had food, warmth, and peace of mind. We got engaged in that cabin shortly after. And we will remember this trip forever. Affordable, incredibly kind, and truly wonderful people. We can’t recommend them enough.

I had the unfortunate event of having my car stuck on a gravel road in Spruce Pine. I called my insurance for roadside assistance and was directed to Decolas. They responded in a timely manner. The gentleman assessed the stuck car and immediately implemented a solution. He pulled my car out within minutes and no damages were made to my car considering it being one my biggest worries. I was back on the road and learned my lesson. Couldn't thank Decolas enough and would deeply recommend their services.

Fantastic tow service. Our car broke down on the side of I-26 on our way home (an hour away). Reception was very friendly and pleasant to talk with.
