Stopped in and instantly met with excellent customer service! Bobby and the guys were so helpful and made sure we were good to go before heading out on a long road trip. You can tell that this crew is truly about taking care of people.

This Napa store was wonderful! It’s always the people who make the difference, and we were helped by Bobby, who was courteous, knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us find a solution! He was able to replace our battery, which to some may sound easy- but there were circumstances that made it a challenge and he rose to the occasion!

Came in to buy parts for a break job, used bathroom before purchase, employee was very rude. Terrible customer service. 0/5

Blew a radiator hose fitting going down the road. Stopped in and They had the parts and things I needed to fix it. They were very helpful and friendly. If I'm ever back in the area I'll definitely stop by even just to say hi!

Such kind and helpful staff!! While traveling my Atlas decided he needed some fluids, they were quick to help and even let me browse the antique store next door while my car cooled off!! If you're traveling thru and need anything for your vehicle I highly recommend stopping by this NAPA location!! THANKS again for all y'all's help!!
