Decorah Chevrolet Decorah Chrysler

Buying a car at Decorah Chevrolet was a great experience. The team did a good job of walking me through the process and answering any questions I had. Dan found a perfect car and explained all the new features. Izac did a great job explaining how financing works and checked a few days later to make sure everything was going smoothly. The car needed a little bit of warranty work and Jason did a good job explaining the situation. Overall the process was pretty smooth.

Very seamless vehicle buying process. Luke and Izac made it so easy and they even arranged for prompt delivery of my new vehicle to my home and all paperwork was completed very efficiently. Would work with them again in the future!

Zack and Dan were great to work with. Very polite and professional. They were very helpful explaining how to work with the vehicle's computer operations. My wife and I left feeling very happy with our purchase.

I stopped by the dealership and asked Shane, can we surprise my wife with a new 2026 Ram 1500 Hemi pickup and he said no problem. We put together all the features she loves and he placed the order. Then it dawned on me, what if she didn't like it? So I asked Shane, what if she didn't like it? He said not to worry, of she didn't like it he was certain that he could sell it. Well about 2 months later, just in time for Christmas, it arrived. Absolutely beautiful. I took my wife to the lot, just window shopping, and there was her truck with a bow on top and gifts inside. She loved the truck, she was stunned. What a great gift from Shane and the KAR auto group. Just an amazing experience!

We had a wonderful, low pressure experience with Luke at Kar. Izac the business manager was also incredibly helpful. They gave us a good deal on our trade in. Their lifetime warranty alone makes buying a car there worth it!
