Decorah Tire service has excellent customer service. The staff and the manager takes time to understand both me and my vehicle and explain everything clearly. I really appreciate their honesty and never felt like they were trying to sell me something I didn’t need or unnecessarily fixing of my vehicle. It’s nice to find a place you can trust your vehicle with. Highly recommended.

My Go-To place for oil changes when I moved to the area. Friendly employees who know what they are doing and explain everything clearly to you. Nice lobby for waiting if you don't have a ride as well. Would recommend to anyone for tire or oil change needs! Thank You all for what you do!

I’m grateful to have found this crew. I’ve had my car in there a couple of times and both experiences, they were kind, quick, and communicated very clearly.

Being new to the area, this was the first time we needed a mechanic. We called every service station in Decorah, trying to get in today. Nobody could fit us in Decorah Tire gave us a loner and had us drop it off. The cost was under the quoted amount. They will have my return business.

Always reasonable timing since they are the cheapest around. Yeah you might have a few people in line ahead of you but that goes with every business. Basically since they are so cheap on the service they are a pretty busy place but 100% worth it.
