Dee Reliable Auto Repair

I needed front brakes badly. After calling several local area "corporate" repair shops, I read reviews about Dee and called for an estimate. Dee was well over $100+ cheaper than a quite I had recived from one of those other places. I showed up on a Saturday AM right at opening and was taken in right away. I decided to wait inside and start to finish, the repair took about 90 minutes, which was awesome considering the place was booming shortly after I arrived. Lots of oil changes and quite a few follow -ups where folks came to either pick up a repaired vehicle or set up for a future repair. The staff was super attentive and nice, even though quite busy. Pay attention to this one, My daughter took her 2013 Chevy Equinox for a reduced engine power indication, car stayed overnight and next day got estimate for $1650 for parts and labor, no way found out the car had no Oil, no one checked the basic!!! Changed two selenoids for 150 plus 100 labor added oil car working perfectly. Will never use them. My 2 cents

On our journey down from New Jersey our 2019 highlanders EVAP purge valve went bad. Lee was extremely helpful and found the Toyota genuine part, gave me a 24,000 mile warranty at no additional cost and had the job done Christmas Eve in under 5 hrs. I cannot recommend Dee’s any stronger there honestly caring and delivered as promised. I told them the check engine and AWD message were bs and they concurred and didn’t try to bilk me. 10/10 rating !!!! Thank you for being honest, efficient and helpful.
