I had a truly heartbreaking and infuriating experience with Delfacos Towing after my devastating car accident in 2023 at Route 1 near menlo mall . In my most vulnerable moment, they didn’t just tow my car—they heartlessly stole EVERY SINGLE ONE of my personal belongings, including irreplaceable family heirlooms and thousands of dollars in expensive items that I worked so hard for. The pain of losing everything hit me like a ton of bricks, leaving me sobbing and utterly broken. When I mustered the courage to confront the owner, pouring out my anguish and begging for any shred of help, he didn’t care—he coldly threatened to trespass me, as if MY suffering meant nothing! Given a choice.i wouldn't use them again. Came out on a Sunday.then left because he didn't have the equipment..but the very next company (Bennett's towing and recovery) towed it WITHOUT the equipment but casters. Like skates and had us off to our destination and they DIDN'T charge an ADDED / EXTRA fee to drop the car! A fee on top of their towing fee to return our car back to us?! Two stars for coming out. That's it

Unfortunately all the bad reviews are not against us . We are DeFalcos Services Metuchen NJ , we specialize in heavy equipment hauling, diesel repairs , we are NOT the towing company from Chatham which every one is bashing . We have Zero relations with them. Please do your research before you bad mouth one of the most reputable companies in NJ . Thanks

Back stabbing and not telling honest truth when talking behind back. Very disrespectful behind back and wrk performed was not verified quality have had replaced and fixed due lack of workmanship. I would not use this business again. SMH This seems to be management repeating income as young guys few are going leave to better careers. I suggest not supporting this business it’s not worth hassle.
