To say they are the best would be an absolute understatement. They helped us in an bind and took time out of their day to go above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I cant say enough good things, highly knowledgeable and overall amazing people. We needed lifters and cam replacement on our truck and helped us on pricing(super reasonable). My family has had several vehicles in with them for repairs, a rear differential one one vehicle, a transfer case on another, they did a great job. Very friendly, work was done well and quickly, prices are very reasonable. We will definitely go back again.

My truck was out of commission, and it happened to be Friday at 3PM in the middle of a storm and I was 30 minutes out of town on a dirt road and Definitive Diesel LLC came to the rescue. They then expedited the parts needed to get my truck back on the road. It is now running better than ever before. They were great to work with.

Could not have been better to me, my heater went out in my truck when the feel like was in the -50s and these guys got me in quick and got me right. There were several weird issues which made me have to return several times as we waited for parts and finding the solution as it would work for a little bit and then go out again. Even one time meeting me in town to keep me from having to come to the shop. Also creating a solution in the meantime so that I could have heat. Wonderful experience. As a mechanic myself I normally do not have good experiences at other shops and I can say I 100% recommend these guys.

JT was a lifesaver for us today! We were traveling through Wyoming and our truck started struggling to get up the hills, pulling our camper. We were worried for our camper home and the safety of our family of five. JT made room in his already scheduled workday to get us in, was willing to stay late to get us back on the road if at all possible, even ordered us an Uber so that the family could go do something fun while the work was done. He went above and beyond, was affordable, knowledgeable, and our truck is now towing like normal and we are back on the road on the same day! Thanks a million JT!
