I brought in my car after it was involved in a hit and run, my car sat in their shop for about 7 months. With it being a rare car the insurance was just giving them grief but they fought and fought to get it done right. After all this time they even took care of some other paint repairs for free. These guys do great work and will fight to get your vehicle done right, i can’t thank them enough!

Jamie is an incredible person and helped us out tremendously! Their business is built on taking care of the people that come in and helping them make the best decisions they can. He sat down with us and wrote out the math and explained in detail the different options we could go forward with. I'm confident that anyone that has been here before would absolutely refuse to go anywhere else for future needs. This was my first experience with New Vision Auto Body. Their work was excellent, service was performed in a timely manner, and the complete staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I did not realize how many services they offer. When the need arrises I will be returning, I was very pleased with this business.

We had the bad luck of hitting a deer around Sundance. Fortunately we were able to get the truck home. The next morning Jamie came to our house and took the truck to New Vision. Jamie went above and beyond preparing an estimate for our insurance. He also guided us through the insurance claim process. We were not getting anywhere with our lousy State Farm insurance. Jamie helped by advising us along the claim process. We highly recommend this shop. They are dedicated and detail oriented. Best customer service in Gillette!!
