DEKRA Emissions & Safety - East Webb Ave - NC

We stopped by the Dekra on Webb Ave. after going to the office on Alamance Rd which had a very long wait. We got in for the inspection in about 5 minutes and were done in another 5 minutes. Very efficient and Kathree was quick. We will only go to this location in the future.

Went to have my vehicle inspection today (10/11). My registration is due at the end of November. I handed the guy my registration, he looks at it, throws it back on the desk and tells me he can't do it. Can't do inspections more than 30 days prior to the end of the registration due month. We had some words and I left and got my inspection done elsewhere. I think your guy needs some training.

First, my car passed inspection but failed emissions. It's a 2006, so exempt after this year. Also said it needed a new catalytic converter, which was false because it was just replaced a week earlier. Went back to get it reinspected during normal business hours. Guy cut the line off right AFTER I arrived. Said he was going to lunch. I asked how long and he replied "an hour." So taking him at his word I parked in the shade and figured I'd wait on site. From 12:28 until 2:12 I waited and guess what? Jerk never came back!! Had turned the sign off and split. NEVER go here! Read the reviews too late. Deuces.

Do not get your car inspected here unless you want to ripped off. I just bought windshield wipers from Take 5 at my last oil change 2 months ago but today my car cant pass inspection...Did he show me the wipes NOPE...But couldn't wait to take my money...Go somewhere ELSE!!!!!

Great service and great employees. Didn't have to wait long for my inspection and service was fast. The company I work for gets inspections done here also and have never had a problem.
