DEKRA Emissions & Safety - W. Arkansas - TX

Been coming here for years. A basic service offered at a basic fee. Have always received, civil, courteous service. Not always the fastest, but it's typically a one person show. Always done in ~1 hour, often less. Not sure why people are expecting anything more. I do most basic maintenance on my vehicle, so appreciate not getting an upsell on things.

They didn’t even start turning on their computer systems until 8:00 a.m., then took their time going back inside to flip on the “open” signs. I was technically second in line behind the first guy who arrived — then another customer cut in front of both of us. When I mentioned it, the employee shrugged and said, “It’s whoever’s in line first,” which made no sense since we were already there. Terrible customer service. Save yourself the frustration and go to Midas instead — at least they treat you right (and they even have snacks and donuts).

The guys don't talk much but polite. Been here twice. Once the car is in place for inspection, it takes about 5 mins to complete. You can show Proof of Insurance on your phone.

Fast and friendly, middle of a Saturday and no wait, so when they finished with the inspection, I went home and got my other vehicle, and again no wait, just pulled up and they did the inspection and I was on my way.

A great place quick, fast inspection! In & out. No hassle no worries! Les was very knowledgeable and even on a busy day it took not even 7minutes. Would definitely recommend and I took 2 cars there.
