Del Amo Car Wash

I have been going to this car wash for 10 plus years and it’s gotten worse and worse over the years. I went back today for the first time in 9 months, as I had to have the inside cleaned. Disappointed as it had dirt all over the inside and the outside of my car. Parts of the car were not even wiped down. I’m going to buy my own vacuum as I get a better car wash at Costco!

Luis was extremely friendly and professional. He charged a fair price and restored the rear fender to like-new condition with a buff & wax. Check the before & after pics! Wow! 🤩 I highly recommend this car wash. The car was super clean, the mats were shiny, and the service was out of this world!

I am so disappointed! I have been coming to this spot periodically when I want to make sure my vehicle gets a good wash. I just bought a new vehicle and I brought it here because I know it is 100% hand wash. That being said, since it is a new vehicle, it didn't need too much other than the regular wash and wipe. I am so disappointed about how much they missed. My rims are still dirty, the inside, although I caught some of it and asked the guy to lend me the rag, when I got back to my destination I noticed all he missed. I didn't take a picture of my rug but that wasn't even properly cleaned. I went out of my way to come here and I'm sad to say I will not be going back.

Service has become worst day by day. I am going there for last 8 years. This is first time I heard regular wash does not cover normal dirt to clean from car. I took my CR-V and they have not cleaned it. It was same as automatic machine does. Then why I am paying 29 dollar. There was a time when it used to take 30 min to clean. They have returned my car within 5 minutes and all stains and dirts are visible. Manager was also very rude. Don’t waste your time ans energy here anymore

I went to the carwasg and the owner charged me extra saying that a honda prologue is over-sized vehicle. Its a regular car. He said because they have to use the step to dry the roof. The guys just cleaned without any step. Its the last time ill go there. Owner was rude when I asked why overcharging.
