Del Webb at Grande Dunes in Myrtle Beach- 55+ Retirement Community

Horrible. Charged for ocean club. Closed out of every activity. To many members. No parking no chairs and they keep adding members. Forced to be member. Going to move

I’m proud to be in the Del Webb at Grande Dunes community! I’m in a Villa that is perfect for my needs. The people are lovely, respect your privacy but are more than happy to help you with anything you need.

Beautiful [quality] home, wonderful neighbors, great amenities, and ideal location! We have everything we were looking for!

We bought our villa sight unseen and we were very happy with the outcome and neighborhood. So far we really enjoy our neighbors and are impressed with the amenities and the staff. Our Dell Webb project manager, Daniel B., was very helpful during the final days when I had concerns. He also has been helpful after closing. My husband and I found like we have found our forever home.

Built a house here 2 1/2 years ago. Hard to review where you live but here it goes. I wouldn't recommend building a new house here as Pulte is a NIGHTMARE to deal with. I would recommend buying a resale with the caveat that you get a good home inspection. We who have built have dealt with their ineffectual "Warranty Department" and gotten the kinks worked out with all the frustrations that entails. You might get lucky and have all the projects such as landscaping, patios, fences etc. completed by previous owner and not have to go thru all that entails also. Location in Myrtle Beach is great, you can drive your golf cart to the private beach club (The Ocean Club) that comes with your ownership in Del Webb or to the grocery store and in some instances Dr offices.
