Great we'll designed age restricted community. Some of the best amenities in the area. I don't live here . I own a Landscape Company that not only adds personal touches to landscape but also maintain the property through out the year. The clients are the absolute best and who knows in a few years I'll be their neighbor!!

Noelle, Denise, Sofia, and Chris are simply the best team we have had in the 5 years I have lived in Del Webb E-Town

I closed in my new construction pulte home in June 2022 with approximately 12 open items on my punch list. The most critical item was reinstalling the fiberglass surrounds in both bathrooms. 4 months later, i have no shower doors in the main bathroom and the guest bath has blue painters tape covering holes in the wall from an attempted repair. Ive asked for a timeline when the repairs will be completed...and pulte didn't give me the courtesy of a response. There has been zero communication in weeks...and they are instructing the contractors to update me. Spending almost $450k on a home and will now have to hire my own contractors to finish the job Pulte couldn't. But elsewhere...not worth the hassle or money when you as a customer are treated so disrespectfully. Shame on them!

Even though we did not purchase here, our sales rep Ross was outstanding. My husband and I felt comfortable the moment we met Ross. He was very responsive to all of our questions and explained everything in detail. It was not the right location for us, but we wished it were as Ross’s professionalism and helpfulness, would have made for a very smooth transaction. Beautiful homes that are definitely worth checking out!

Builder quality looks good, grounds beautiful. The amenities are a considered small in comparison to other communities. Fees are high, HOA and CDD fees. They no longer provide maintenance of the yards. Gated but no guard so it's a no brainer to follow the car in or just walk into the neighborhood, or roll under the gates which are quite high off the ground. It's almost completed and available lots are slim. It's a definite must consider if you desire a gated community for 55 and older.
