Professional, timely, and the problem was resolved promptly. The Dealership was very helpful in resolving my issue with GM.

Truck was in service department for over 2 months due to waiting for part. Truck was returned missing front drivers side mud flap and scratches on passenger side front wheel that weren’t there when it was dropped off. Mud flap was replaced and installed costing me time to return truck to have this done. To date I have received no information on the wheel scratches. Other than those issues all went well.

From the git-go, Jourdan handled every detail pertaining to the repairs on my pick-up professionally and courteously. The techs did as good a job as I would replacing the parts. All-in-all, it was a pleasant experience despite the circumstances that caused the repair to be necessary.

The work completed was done well and looks good. The only issue I had was I in writing told Delaney to not change a tire that was called out to be changed on the scope of work from my insurance agency. I talked to my insurance agent about this and they were okay with not changing the tire because I have a full set of new tires for winter use already and I would just put those on my vehicle. Well Delaney changed the tire anyways after during the repair and then it was not realized until after I left the facility and now are trying to charge me $300 for the tire I do not like or want. After a few days they reached back out to me and determined that they were at fault for installing the tire and were not going to charge me a tall for the cost.
