Delaware Collision is a fantastic body shop with awesome empoyees! My truck was recently hit and they made it look good as new. Shout out to Bobby and Devon for battling with the insurance company of the driver that hit me, and Tommy had my truck cleaned up looking better than than I ever expected. I had a nightmare experience at Delaware Collision. My car came back with more problems than it started with, but the absolute breaking point was discovering that my fuel door no longer opens—an issue that did not exist before I handed them my keys. When I brought this to their attention, they completely dodged responsibility, claiming it was 'my issue' and not caused by their work. Most disgraceful of all, they let me drive off the lot with a locked fuel door and only 5 miles of range left in the tank. They essentially left me stranded, knowing I couldn't even put gas in the car to get home or to another shop.

I appreciated the personal attention Delaware Auto Sales Collision provided. It took a decent amount of time to get my vehicle back BUT it needed some serious critical things repaired/replaced & put back together. I was kept in the loop with the progress & if estimate changed... which it did BECAUSE the frame & core support were compromised from my accident. I would recommend this business to others in a heartbeat. Thank You for getting me all put together again.

They were very polite & knowledgeable, & knew exactly what needed to be done. They gave me reasonable quote on price & worked me in right away. When I picked my SUV up it looked as good as new! I would recommend them to anyone that needs their car fix.
