DELLA Mitsubishi

Last night I was searching the Della Mitsubishi site. I was honestly just looking, really unsure if I wanted a New car. When I awoke this morning, I had a message from Wil Souza! I messaged him back and told him I wasn't really sure yet and he suggested that I see if I am PreApproved first. Then if I am we could take the next step. So low and behold, I was PreApproved!!! I talked to Wil and told Him that I would stop in in a little bit. As I walked in the shop I was greeted by a few of the guys. But the ones I wanted to talk to were Wil and Chuck! There are Not enough words to describe these 2 guys. They literally went Above and Beyond for Me! These guys were Amazingly Great! Was in the market to buy a truck, ended up finding a truck I was interested in and even filled out a credit application. Was contacted later that day and was told financing was all set. Tried to set up a time to come to the dealership. Was then ghosted for days. Contacted dealership a week later and was told someone would reach out the following day. Ghosted again.
