Delray Buick GMC Service Center

Went to Delray Buick for service as a last resort. I knew the repairs were going to be costly, but I was prepared. I had a lovely gentleman named Casey who assisted me. He was kind, but he was straight forward about the repairs needed to get my car riding safely and smoothly. Because I own a 20 year old vehicle, it required me to leave it there for several days. I had to rent a car as I waited for parts to arrive. Needless to say, thousands of dollars later I'm back on the road riding smoothly. Sometimes it worth going back to the dealer. The wait area was large, clean and comfortable and they served a choice of beverages. The nicest conveniences were the pick-up and drop-off services and the car wash. My car looked like new when I picked it up. It was a win-win.

I set up my appointment in advance and scheduled in the middle of the week as I was told it would be a little less busy. When I arrived I was greeted by a nice young man in the service drive who quickly covered my seat for protection. My service was for an oil change and a software update on my truck. My service advisor Frank is a true gentleman and explained the procedure and the approximate length of time I would be there. I was also greeted by the service manager Ralph who was also courteous and professional. He checked into my software updates and I was told my software is up to date. The service was fast and I was out in about two hours. Thank you guys for the great service!

I have been going here since I moved to the area. The staff is amazing and always helpful and honest. I had to get a new torque converter (covered by the warranty) and I was taken care of quickly and given a loaner the time I would not have my car. Definitely a place I will continue to go.

Best experience. My brand new car AC stopped working, which makes anyone pretty upset in SoFlo. When I arrived at the dealership, I was promptly attended and provided a loaner vehicle. I was on my way within 30 minutes. Highly recommend. They solved my problem quickly.

Casey at GMC Delray was great to work with. He was very responsive throughout the process and made sure everything was handled smoothly. I appreciated how attentive and helpful he was from start to finish.
