Delta Sonic Car Wash

By far Delta Sonic worst location. They give everybody the same basic wash regardless if you paid more for their Superkiss wash, customer service is horrible, the detail shop barely cleans the inside of the car and they want to upcharge for everything. They wanted to charge me extra to clean cupholders...CUPHOLDERS! Look im not going tell you how to spend your money. But there's a car wash about 2 miles south called Udo's. Cleaned my truck way better for a fraction of the price. 3rd row Included for large SUV's and they didnt charge me extra to clean my cupholders and dashboard. Might want to consider another option because this place is getting out of hand. SN. The Crestwood and Tinley Park locations are safe. They care about their service.

Huge shoutout to Jocelyn! From the moment I pulled in, she was attentive, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about all the services. She helped me choose exactly what my car needed without ever making me feel pressured. Customer service like hers is rare—she really made my day. I’ll definitely be coming back because of her outstanding service.

I haven’t been to a Delta Sonic in years due to me moving out of state and when i visited this specific location due to it being close to home, the young lady Jocelyn came out to attend me and her attitude was AMAZING first and foremost very upbeat, especially for it to be early in the morning ! She did an amazing job explaining the different car washes which one I’d get more a bang for my buck ! & such high energy!! Her attention to what i needed and knew immediately which wash to sign me up for! Her customer service was 20/10 ! Highly recommend! Thank you Jocelyn i left super satisfied with my wash 🥰

Great facility but because of the different placements of Unlimited stickers (windshield vs. rear window) the RFID readers introduce a very frustrating bottleneck where people pull up too far and then get stuck waiting for the gate to open until an attendant manually calls for the gate to open. This probably happens every 4th car so this completely negates any operational efficiencies that the stickers would otherwise provide.

Star was AMAZING! She helped me choose which wash to get, offered me an unlimited membership which i ended up getting. She went into detail about the washes and the differences between them and just overall had a great attitude and positive energy. I will be coming back because of her, definitely the best experience at a delta sonic i've had thanks to star!
