This staff at this locations is friendly, transparent, and welcoming. They strive to ensure a pleasant experience with honest interactions. Each recommendations was made objectively and the replacement products were shown to me. I have yet to check out but am pleased so far with the price, process, and experience.

This is my third time being screwed over by this location. I had issues with them changing my brakes. I had issues with them helping with my headlight inspection and replacement. I had issues with appointment setting. The staff can be avoidant and evasive. They mess up your car and don't even want to help fix it. Go at your own risk or go if you just don't care about your car actually getting fixed or not. Goodluck

It was very fast service. Erik provided great customer service and help me choose the best oil for my car

I used to enjoy coming to this location regularly, but after my most recent visit, I won’t be returning. There's a new crew now, and the manager, Terrell (light-skinned with tattoos on his neck and I believe his face as well), displayed a very dismissive and unprofessional attitude. His customer service was seriously lacking, and it's unacceptable—especially from someone in a leadership role. Managers should set the tone and lead by example, but that wasn’t the case today. It’s unfortunate because I’ve had positive experiences here in the past, but today’s visit was different. I’ll be sharing my experience with others in the community to make sure they’re aware and hope they’ll never visit this location. It’s a shame to see my own people running an establishment with such horrible customer

They have an attitude issue over there that they need to correct. No type of customer service skills, Did not give me my options, I asked for air my tires which they did not do, We had to re-pull the car back in. All in all terrible customer service
