DWT did exactly what the Lexus dealership would have done for me for over $100 more, so in that regard, the folks where I had my car serviced were great. They saved me money. They also seem to be hardworking, underpaid, and most of all honest people who put up with the BS people dish out. They have a tough job and deserve to be treated well; they're your bread and butter. The lady who scheduled my appointment, not so much. She told me she was based at the store i visited. OF COURSE, SHE WAS IN A CALL CENTER!!! Whatever executive genius who believes lying to DWT's bread-and-butter is okay, it ISN'T! I say again: LYING IS NOT OKAY!!! Customer service was fantastic! Easy, same day appointment and they are partnered with Costco, so I was able to receive a 15% discount. DWT had a promotion going on, so they ended up applying their discount instead to get me the better savings without even having to ask. Highly impressed - definitely recommend! Did I mention, they also came in almost 45% cheaper for my brake service than a local competitor I brought my car to first?!? They 100% did!!!

Friendly service. As someone who at various car service centers and individual service centers for years and regularly had maintenance done there, I can honestly say that I felt my car and I were treated with special care. Joshua never hesitated to share and explain every detail. While sipping my coffee inside, I saw Technician Kevin (who performed the service) checking the car multiple times to make sure he was doing the right thing. I found this place through my Costco membership, and I can confidently say it will be my favorite service center from now on. I am grateful for their service standards.

Great service! Wayne ordered my tires and kept me informed re: delivery status. All 4 tires were replaced the day they arrived, and my car was ready in a couple of hours. Will definitely return for future service.

I've recommended these guys for years because I always heard good things from friends and family. Today I finally needed to use them. My luck has been terrible lately. I just had a bunch of work done by a mechanic and a few days after finally getting it back, one of my tires goes flat. Terrible luck. Was able to bring it to them to see if they could patch the tire because I figured I had a nail in it. One hour later they tell me it was just the valve stem. They fixed it and didn't charge me. Seriously made my day. Next time I need new tires I will buy from these guys. I will continue to recommend. Thank yall so much.
