I don’t get into many accidents. This place has made a world of difference for me. My insurance didn’t include a rental. John and Tony sensed it and offered me a loaner. Oh…I appreciated that so much. When they say they’ll call, or do something, they do it. If I knew how easy this process would be, I would have got into more accidents lol kidding. After 2 trips back to fix the same rust spots in the wheel well the job is still not done correctly. After getting “fixed” the 1st time to make the vehicle pass a safety, it failed because of the job being done poorly and incomplete. When I returned to have it done again I was given aggressive attitude and made to feel like this was my problem. I was told it was now fixed and to never come back. Well even with two tries Colorworks was still unable to repair the damage in a way suitable to pass a safety. I’m left with no other choice but to look for a new shop that does competent work. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else. Went in for a quote and told them what I wanted. They quoted and I agreed. They send me blurry pics saying it completed. I go in the next day and the red to black cut lines were horrible. Poplar tree fuzz stuck throughout the paint. I refused to take it and called the owner. He stated he'd have it fixed. Couple days go by and they call me to come get it. The finish was night and day and the polish was phenomenal except the black to red cut lines. I wasn't going a 3rd round so accepted it. Now Into 4 months later I'm getting the red finish flaking off the bumper. Took it to another shop and the first thing they said was they never prepped the new bumper properly.
