Absolutely Rude and Unprofessional Service! I had a frustrating experience when I inquired about a part listed on car-part. Instead of receiving any helpful information, I was met with hostility and a shocking response. The price quoted was significantly higher than what was advertised, and when I asked for clarification, I was met with short, dismissive answers. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Beware if you're expecting professionalism and transparency—my interaction was nothing short of a nightmare!

Tried calling over the span of a month. Nobody answers phone. Despite parts being listed on car-part.com

Website inventory is not correct. Listed on their website were 2 parts that fit my truck. Guy says oh we crushed the car. Ok but maybe take the parts off of not only your website but other sites that they have listed it on. Also it says they had 2 different trucks so ... Idk just frustrating when businesses don't update their information. And it's not like they didn't have time to. I looked up the part Friday but they were already closed, it's Tuesday and the parts are still listed.

Don't even bother and call and waste your time ! That's almost the third time we go there to pick a part after calling and confirming the availability however the same guy that answered the phone apologies and said they couldn't find it !! Even his worker said he always does that because he is trying to sell the business and shows that he has inventory on car part !!! Very rude and improfessional owner by the way !

Garbage personality, high prices for junk parts
