Demontrond Pre Owned

Demontrond Forever Warranty is a SCAM. I bought my Cherokee from this location and did oil change done at the Conroe service center for 5 years. my car had an oil leak. they submitted a claim to warranty forever and they simply say they don’t have a record of the services. Service guy called me once for updates and left me hanging for weeks. Don’t business with this dealership.

I bought from them last December. It was going well. I did buy the car, which is great. However, they do like to add things on. Something about paint repair. I did get that, but have no idea how to use the coverage. Then there was the man that takes the money. Talks you into financing for another warranty to cover other things. Well, turns out it's one of those garbage warranty services. Can't use it. They deny deny deny. I looked them up and reviews. I'm not sure how they have the BBB rating when they have mechanics saying they don't pay. I wonder how much these guys get for selling it. Save your money and pay for your repairs. $2500 scam

We had a great experience here. Brought my daughter here to buy her first car and they made the whole process so easy for her and explained everything. They even came down on the price and took off the gps protection which is extra. (They will do this if u ask) the protection package on the tint I would say was not necessary really but other than that the salesman was a very sweet man! We will go back for sure!
