I had a great experience with Dempsey Adams Auto Body after a parking lot collision. From start to finish, they kept me in the loop with frequent text updates, which made the whole process feel much less stressful. They even finished the repair ahead of schedule. The work itself was flawless and my car looks amazing- somehow even more clean than when I dropped it off. A special shout-out to Mark, who I believe runs the shop, for making sure everything was handled so smoothly. It was clear the whole team was on their A game though! They also made things incredibly easy by helping coordinate my rental car and arranging both drop-off and pick-up. The front office staff were truly the cherry on top. I made an appointment for my Grandsons rear windshield to be replaced and from Heather, who I spoke to make the appointment, to the time of repair was a very pleasant experience. It took a couple hours and everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend Granite City Glass to anyone.

Just had my car finished from Dempsey Adams carstar and they did a bang-up job. Kept me informed every step of the way not only detailed the whole outside of the car but even vacuum the inside of it for me when they were finished. Five stars is not enough to rate these guys 10 out of 10 in my opinion

The driver's side rear end panel and tailgate with back lights were backed into and damaged. The full panel was replaced. After 15 days, our car was repaired, ultimately resulting in the look of a brand new car! Beautiful work, guys!

Took my car in for hail damage repair. Mark initially called me before starting repairs to update me on a few items I was concerned about. Throughout the process I did receive updates via text message. The only issue I have is they did not clean up after themselves. I picked the car up and drove straight to a previous engagement so I was in a hurry. Once I parked I took a good look inside the car and there were scraps all over the inside of the car from the repair. I did have the windshield replaced(out of my pocket because I was told it was not from hail damage ) as well as hail repairs on the roof, hood, trunk, panels, and trim on all doors. There were white speckles all over the back inside doors, silver scraps (I’m guessing from the silver door trim that was replaced), little fluff bal
