I made an appointment at 8:00 Monday morning February 2nd, and had my daughter right behind me so I could drop my car off at Patterson's my right low beam headlight kept going out also I had a left rear passenger side Tire that would read low 24 to 25 before I started driving it and then it would go up by a couple of numbers I was told for the headlight it would require diagnostic which runs $120 an hour I then left the car there and went with my daughter and we did a little bit of shopping and she took me home I didn't hear anything by the end of that day so I called them the next morning, after 24 hours and asked if they had found out anything or any idea they hadn't even started on it or looked at it but that they would get back to me by the end of the day they didn't so I called Patter

This is a great company to have your work done or even ask a question. They are honest and their prices are probably better than most everybody's plus they're polite and friendly. Very much appreciated. Thank you

I used them to get an oil change and new tires. Two days later, I had an issue where my oil leaked out about 2 hours away from home. Called Patterson and Brian found a shop and paid for a tow truck to have my car towed. He also paid to get a new filter and also checked on me to make sure I made it to my destination. The absolute best service I have ever had! They made the situation right and went above and beyond to keep my safety at the top of the list and get my car back up and running! You will forever get my business and I'm so thankful for this company!

Took my car into Patterson’s for some AC troubles. While diagnosing my car Patterson’s found that the damage sustained wasn’t just to my AC but also to a piece of my engine. They were quick to let me know what needed repairs, got the parts ordered, and took care of my car! From oil changes, to tires, and major issues like what I recently had I will always trust Patterson’s to take great care of me. Excellent customer service and their crew is absolutely amazing! Broke down tire on a Sunday in St. Louis and our tire couldn’t be delivered till Tuesday. Called Patterson upon a very highly recommended suggestion. I have a close friend who said they did a full set of tires for her Mrs. cook and she said best price in town check them out. We went in around 11 and they had tire in stock and got us in and out. I appreciate you all for the kind service and fast work. We made it back to Texas safe. I will continue to spread the good word.
