Dennis & Judy's Towing

Said it would be 45 minutes to an hour.... after an hour and a half I called and asked what was going on...I was told they had to catch a county call that had come in. When I asked how much longer it would be.....I was told they had no idea. All I wanted was 1) a call or text letting me know the original time was delayed and 2) some sort of estimate of how long it was going to be......just a little communication is all I wanted. Cancelled the call and called another towing company in town and got a text and a phone call with updates .....

Chris arrived quickly and helped my girl get safely on her way home! It was a huge blessing to us. He was very polite, friendly and helpful. We appreciate the quick response and support for a late night emergency out of town.

Today the driver "Bernard" picked up my 1997 BMW Z-3 that had been involved in an accident and delivered it to my personal address. I just want to say that Bernard was very professional and an extremely nice person. He even commented that he was glad I was not injured seriously. If I ever have a need for towing services again, I will definitely call Dennis & Judy's Towing and personally ask for Bernard as a driver if possible. He is a true asset to your company.

I have an old F250 that slung a break pad while driving and I couldn’t stop. Had to get it towed to a repair shop. From start to finish I was very impressed with the company. The lady who took the initial phone call was professional and very nice on the phone. Which isn’t a normal thing I’ve experienced with towing companies in the past. The driver was great, really nice guy. From the Time I requested the tow to watching my truck pull out of the parking lot on their flat bed was less than 20 minutes. If you’re in a bind- THIS is definitely the company you need to call. i have them saved in my phone for any future needs.

I had a tire to blowout yesterday and I called to get my car towed to a dealership. The very nice driver arrived and hooked up my car to tow it but then noticed I had a great spare. He changed the tire and I was on my way in 15 minutes! I also only waited on them to respond for 20 minutes. Excellent service!!
